Mr. Meoli is a multifamily specialist in the Tampa Bay area and Central Florida region for Marcus & Millichap. Throughout his career, he has implemented a broad-based approach that allows for maximum exposure and the highest value possible for clients seeking disposition of their assets, while offering a variety of opportunities for savvy investors.
Mr. Meoli joined the firm’s National Multi Housing Group in March of 2007 after graduating from the University of Tampa with a degree in marketing. He has executed transactions and valuations on over $500 million worth of existing multifamily developments, and has closed 21 deals in the past 18 months alone.
In 2010, Mr. Meoli earned the “Top Generator” award for recognition of his extraordinary business development results. His experience includes successful management of transactions through closing, including marketing, contract negotiations and escrow management. Mr. Meoli has gained a reputation among his clients for driving an average of eight offers on their assets.
