Nick joined Marcus & Millichap in 2012 after almost three years of practicing law. While in private practice, Nick provided a wide range of legal services to his clients, including real estate matters, contracts and general civil litigation. Prior to his legal career, Nick spent many years as a commercial real estate professional. During that time, Nick successfully closed many lease and sale transactions. In 2005 and 2006, Nick closed roughly twenty sale and lease transactions with a value of roughly $20,000,000.
Nick is a Texas Real Estate Broker and has been a licensed salesman since 2002. In addition, Nick is an attorney admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and the United States District Court Northern District of Texas. Nick is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association and Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
Nick graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.A. and received his J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Nick resides in Dallas with his wife and their three children.
