Mickey is a highly motivated, client services driven broker who began his transition into commercial real estate in early 2008 and later joined Marcus & Millichap in July of the same year. Shortly thereafter Mickey was promoted to Associate and became a member of the National Self Storage Group. Mickey now specializes in providing service to principal owners of Self Storage with a focus on the operation, valuation, disposition and/or acquisition of Self Storage facilities throughout the state of Indiana and the Midwest.

Mickey developed his leadership skills and ability to adapt to changing environments through eight years of service to his country in the US Armed Forces. Additionally, he honed his eye for detail by spending eight years as a Quality Assurance professional for the student lending giant SallieMae. His role as liaison between the internal technical staff and the staffs of their national trading partners resulted in his keen personal skills as well as technical savvy. These attributes serve him well in taking advantage of the resources provided by Marcus & Millichap and implementing them on behalf of his commercial real estate investment clients.

As a principal owner of investment real estate for over twelve years, Mickey brings the unique perspective of understanding ownership challenges and drivers thereby adding value to owners through investment brokerage services with Marcus & Millichap. He has combined this experience with the training and support of Marcus & Millichap's dynamic marketing & technology platform to facilitate value added brokerage services to owners of institutional and private-investor self storage facilities.
