Michael Harris is a Director of the Loan Sales Group of Marcus & Millichap and was instrumental in the creation of the Special Assets Services Division. Mr. Harris and the SAS division have handled over $400 million in both loan sale and REO transactions through the first three quarters of 2010. With Michael as a Director, the group has closed loan sales and managed DPOs, resulting in the resolution or disposition of over $250 million in both performing and non-performing loans.

As an advisor, Mr. Harris is personally involved in many large loan sale assignments for the firm to ensure perfect execution and adherence to company and client policies. Mr. Harris designed the Accelerated Loan Sales Marketing Platform as it exists today and continues to manage the evolution of the process to maximize net proceeds for our clients, while minimizing marketing timelines.
