Michael Barron holds the title of Vice President of Investments with Marcus & Millichap and serves a Senior Director in the firm's National Multi-Housing Group and Special Assets Services Group. He is one of the three original founders of Marcus & Millichap's Cleveland Office which opened in 2003. Michael’s leadership and specialization within the Midwest Apartment Market, with a primary focus on the Greater Cleveland and Pittsburgh MSA’s, enables him to create substantial value for private and institutional investors in commercial real estate throughout Allegheny, Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Stark, and Summit Counties.

In addition to his primary focus on commercial real estate sales in Northeast Ohio, Michael has the ability and favorable experience in assembling the most qualified team of specialists for any product type throughout the United States. This is accomplished by selecting other highly regarded Marcus & Millichap agents that Michael has done business with during his tenure with Marcus & Millichap. To date, this strategy has been successfully implemented in Ohio and five neighboring states including Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina.

Michael also specializes and has expertise in assessing value and leading national marketing campaigns selling apartment portfolios ranging from only 2 properties to as many as 25 properties in multiple states, owned by multiple partnerships. Mr. Barron utilizes the tremendous capabilities of Marcus & Millichap in conjunction with his own established investor relationships to create a comprehensive market for the multi-family properties he represents.
