Michael P. Regan joined the firm's Tampa office in 2004 as a multifamily underwriter and financial analyst. In 2005, Mr. Regan transitioned into the sales force as a broker of multifamily properties. Throughout his career, he has successfully closed over $125,000,000 of real estate transactions and was quickly promoted to a Senior Associate within the firm.

Currently, Mr. Regan serves as a respected member of the National Multi Housing Group. He was recently promoted to Associate Vice President of Investments. Mr. Regan is up-to-date in all aspects of multifamily investments: management, operations, marketing conditions, capital markets, underwriting and economic trends affecting the multifamily market.
