Michael has a track record of over $150 million in transactions underwritten and sold during his career. He has successfully represented a variety of owners, ranging from individuals and family trusts to major investment syndicates and real estate investment trusts. While he specializes in multifamily properties in the Los Angeles market, Michael's experience spans all sectors of commercial real estate, including development land, single-tenant net leased retail, office buildings, and industrial space. Michael has completed transactions in California and 13 other states, and works with clients to acquire properties nationally. Michael is a licensed California Real Estate Agent (DRE01484891). In addition, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with a minor specialty in Business Administration at the University of Arizona.
