Rui joined our team in February 2007 after a three-year stretch in Marcus & Millichap's Philadelphia office.
Rui has sold over $30 million, in 14 deals, in office, retail, single tenant net leased and self storage properties.
Graduate of Washington College in Chestertown, MD with a degree in Business Management and Economics.
Since joining the Mele Group of Marcus & Millichap, Rui has been involved in over 50 self storage transactions totaling over $200 million.

Adam joined our team in February 2008, after graduating from the University of South Florida's M.B.A. program, where he concentrated in Finance, Marketing, and International Business.

ELIZABETH SCARWID
Marketing Coordinator
Liz joined our team in August of 2007, after graduating from the University of South Florida with a BA in Marketing. She returned to academia and graduated with a Masters of Science in Marketing in 2008.
Liz coordinates marketing and promotional materials including development and maintenance of the team's website, creation of publications, tracking of advertising, press releases, as well as event management.
