Matt Gockstetter is a Vice President Investments and a Director of the National Multi-Housing Group at Marcus & Millichap. Over the course of the last seven years he has personally closed over 6,000 multi-family units totaling in excess of $200 million dollars. Through the course of those transactions he has represented a wide array of private owners as well as a handful of institutional owners such as Equity Residential, AIMCO, and Sun America. He and his partner, J Rosenbusch, have been the number one apartment agents in the Columbus Office for the past four years as well as one of the Top 5 agents in the State of Ohio for the same time period.
Matt has also received numerous Marcus & Millichap awards such as the National Achievement Award in 2004, Sales Achievement Awards from 2004 -2007, and the Gold Achievement Award in 2007. He was also recognized by Co-Star as a Multi-family Power Broker for 2006.

Matt is a graduate of Miami University, where he received a BA in Finance and Economics.
