Upon Graduating from UCSB in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Matthew R. Ziegler began his career in Investment Real Estate at the Encino Office of Marcus and Millichap. He has been with the firm for over 10 years and has consistently generated new business, enabling his client’s to meet their financial needs.

Prior to entering Investment Real Estate, Matthew worked in the Public Relations Industry focusing on marketing and press relations. Since entering the Real Estate Industry he has sold over $450,000,000 worth of Investment Real Estate. Specializing in Investment Real Estate, he has a reputation for being an expert in the Southern California markets especially. Matthew has consistently earned a National Achievement Award annually as one of the nation’s top agents within Marcus and Millichap.

Matthews’ success can be attributed to his control over every aspect of the transaction he is involved in. Matthew is involved in each step of the process, from analyzing the property, preparing the marketing package, qualifying capable and sincere buyers, coordinating inspections, corresponding with escrow and loan agents, keeping clients informed at all times, and ultimately closing the escrow.
