Mark Thompson specializes exclusively in the dispositions of shopping centers and STNL assets throughout the Southeast United States. Part of a four-generation family line of real estate developers, he has worked with publicly traded companies, REIT’s, developers, regional groups, banks, servicers and private investors to evaluate and identify the best dispositions strategy for the product in question.

Although around retail real estate all his life, his professional initiation began in 2004 as a tenant rep for the Commonwealth of Virginia in the Richmond offices of CB Richard Ellis where he was a member of a three-man team that closed over $120 million in leases over a two-year period. Prior to the start of his real estate career Mr. Thompson coached college basketball at the University of South Carolina and East Carolina University. A collegiate player himself, he received his B.B.A. from Stetson University (DeLand, FL) in 2002 while also a being named the Central Florida Student-Athlete-of-the-Year. He subsequently earned his M.B.A. from the highly ranked Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College (Winter Park, FL), where his peers voted him Vice-President of his class. A native of Nashville, TN, Mr. Thompson is now based in Orlando, Florida.
