Mark is a graduate of the College of
Charleston. He began his career with Marcus & Millichap in the Sales Intern
Program in 2008 working with Andrew Mays and Paul Vetter and later joined the
Mays-Vetter team in 2009. After working
with the National Multi Housing Group in Atlanta for 2 years, Mark moved to
Charleston, SC where he could better focus on the South Carolina multifamily
market. His specialization enables him
to create substantial value for private and institutional investors. Furthermore, he is able to add and create
considerable value for his clients through relationships, local market
expertise, and superior marketing plans that meet and exceed their objectives
and investment goals. Coupled with his
unwavering commitment to go above and beyond in creating value, his level of
