Mr. Brockmeier joined Marcus & Millichap towards the end of 2007. Before joining the firm he spent time as a mortgage broker for a local firm in the Tampa area. Prior to his career in real estate, Mr. Brockmeier was in education/coaching after spending time in the National Football League with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Over the past two years, his team at Marcus & Millichap has closed over $120,000,000 in investment sales transactions, not only in the Tampa Bay area, but throughout Florida and the United States.
