Kyle B. Matthews is dedicated to the concept of long term client relationships through market and product specialization. Kyle is associated with Marcus & Millichap, the leading commercial real estate brokerage company in the United States. In 2009, the firm closed over $13 billion in investment transactions consisting of 5,600 individual properties. Kyle's main efforts have concentrated on successfully representing buyers and sellers of retail centers, shopping strips and single tenant investment properties. Since joining the firm in 2004, Kyle has successfully been involved with 81 transaction sides worth approximately $82,600,000.00. In 2008-09 alone, Kyle was personally involved in 18 deal sides, representing in excess of $39.2 million in commercial properties, and resulting in national recognition and numerous awards for his accomplishments.

He has demonstrated an uncanny knowledge of the marketplace, an ability to "make a market" through aggressive underwriting and pricing strategies, the highest level of success in matching buyers and sellers, and an unsurpassed commitment to helping clients achieve their investment objectives.

Kyle has been with Marcus & Millichap since 2004. He experienced immediate success as a result of his diligent work ethic and business concepts of always executing on what is in the clients' best interests. Through this, he has received numerous sales awards such as Pacesetter, Gold Plaque SAA, Top 30 Retail Agent Nationwide, etc. As a result of this experience, he has developed a marketing concept that combines the benefits of market exposure and buyer competition, while minimizing impositions and distractions to the owner and its management team. Elements of his marketing concept are implemented through direct communication with potential buyers. Relationships with key buyers are a result of his philosophy of product and market specialization.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations with an emphasis on Global Business from the University of Southern California (USC). Kyle was a letterman on USC's 2003 National Championship football team. He is an active member of both the Urban Land Institue (ULI) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He holds the title of Associate Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap. He is an Associate Director of both Marcus & Millichap's National Retail Group and its Special Assets Services Group.
