Kirk Garabedian is known for his resourcefulness and thorough execution of sale transactions; specifically dealing with challenged or complex scenarios. Kirk Garabedian contributes his success to his diverse social background as well as his entrepreneurial and corporate experiences. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap Kirk was an executive at Northern Trust, a Fortune 500 company, where he contributed his skills in the areas of Banking Compliance and Community Reinvestment; Private Client Services; as well as Money Management and Investments. His entrepreneurial background includes extensive understanding of manufacturing and light industrial work flow and design; he was one of the Founders of the first rehabilitation and dual diagnosis clinics in Pasadena, California which catered to the Armenian community; he was also instrumental in starting up Law Video Consultants a forensic video production company which specializes in producing technical documentaries for courtroom presentations. Kirk earned his Bachelors of Science Degree from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California in 1999. Kirk is married and has a three year old daughter.
