His expertise is focused in Multi-Residential properties and Mobile Home Parks. He represents a variety of client types including high net worth individuals, partnerships, syndicators, corporations, financial institutions and international investors.
Mr. Struve has closed in excess of 100 real estate investment transactions that total over $370 million in sales in the past 10 years. He started his career in December 1998 as an assistant in the Ontario, CA office of Marcus & Millichap. Since then, he has catapulted through the ranks and currently holds the title of Vice President Investments, of which, only 20% of the brokers at Marcus & Millichap hold such distinction.
