Sean Coon
Sean was born and raised in Long Beach, California, and currently resides in Redondo Beach, California. A recent graduate of the University of Southern California, Sean is educated in real estate finance and holds a California Real Estate Brokers License. Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2007, Sean has earned the distinction of "Pacesetter" and has quickly become one of the top agents in the office.
Sean's experience includes research, underwriting, marketing, negotiations and coordination of transaction closings. He is responsible for providing clients with up to date market knowledge and keeping them informed of the latest market trends. Continual contact with an extensive database of over 5,000 Southern California apartment investors through the use of direct phone, mail and email communications ensures listing exposure to all qualified principals.
Ryan Gonzalez
Ryan comes from a strong finance and investment background, which aids his real estate brokerage skills. He is responsible for providing clients with the latest information and research in their specific markets, as well as handling various client services when the need arises, such as marketing, underwriting and the negotiation of transactions. Ryan keeps constant communication with an extensive database of over 3,000 principles in the area and prior to coming to Marcus & Millichap, he worked in sales for several years and has previously worked for Merrill Lynch. The result of Ryan's expertise is optimal positioning, pricing and market strategy.
Kari Sloat
Kari joined Marcus & Millichap in 2011. She has worked in the property management field for four years, and has also worked in retail sales and operations. She is a Southern California native growing up in the local mountains, and now calls Long Beach her home. Kari works as an administrator of the day-to-day brokerage activities for the "Team" and helps facilitate an overall efficient opertion. Her position requires a cooperative effort with other "Team" members and interaction with Marcus & Millichap staff, clients and third party facilitators such as escrow, lender local municipalities, appraisers and title representitives.
Arnie Suttipreechanun
Arnie was born and raised in Downey, California and currently resides in Lakewood, California. He graduated from California State University of Fullerton with a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis on marketing. He is a new member to Marcus & Millichap and is currently in the process of obtaining his California Real Estate Brokers License. Arnie has over seven years of sales experience with four of those years as co-owner of a wireless retail store in La Habra, California.
