Ken has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years. Ken joined Marcus & Millichap in 1980 and has
become one of the top brokers in the western United States specializing in the multi-family market. He
was promoted to Senior Investment Associate in 1998, Vice President Investments in 2008 and First Vice
President in 2009. He also serves as a Senior Director of Marcus & Millichap’s National Multi Housing
Group.
During the course of his career, Ken has closed more than $1.5 billion in commercial real estate investments
and has been acknowledged almost every year as one of the company’s top agents.
He has represented clients such as A.G Spanos, Sentinel Real Estate Corporation, ConAm Management
Corporation, Lyons Capital Ventures, La Salle Investments, The Grupe Company, Prime Group, Sequoia
Equities, Jack Linkletter Enterprises, Interland Corporation and Bridge Partners, Inc.
During his career with Marcus & Millichap, Ken has closed over $900 million in investment real estate. Ken
was nominated for Investment Broker of the Year in 1993, 1995, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006,
2007, 2008 and 2009 and Humanitarian of the Year in 1996 and 1997 by the Association of Commercial Real
Estate Brokers of Sacramento.
Ken has been a guest speaker at various investment seminars and is a Director for Marcus & Millichap’s
National Multi Housing Group. Ken is on the Board of Directors for the Child Abuse Prevention Council of
Sacramento and Prevent Child Abuse California.
