Ken is a former television Sportscaster --specializing in covering the NBA and College Basketball as well as doing play-by-play for NCAA football -- who made a smooth transition to the business world; as the founder of a technology startup, successfully attracting several rounds of venture capital; and, rising to be a Managing Partner in a Marketing & Communications firm specializing in New York City Office Buildings.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap, Ken's goal, rather than to serve a territory, is to serve his clients, whoever they may be, wherever they may take him, by capitalizing on the firm's national platform, collaborating, when appropriate, with his specialist colleagues in local markets, to serve an ever-expanding, diverse list of clients. Ken has been hired as the Exclusive Representative and has closed transactions totaling over $230,000,000 in 11 different states, in every major property category; multifamily, office, industrial, retail and hospitality, while representing virtually every type of owner; Private, Syndicator, Private Equity and Institutional.

Since the change in the national economic climate, Ken expanded his role and began also working in the firm's Special Assets Services Group as a National Liaison; where he continues to collaborate with colleagues around the country, as Marcus & Millichap's point man, building teams to provide Valuations and Dispositions for Special Servicers.
