Karen Dome is a Senior Associate of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services. She is a strong leader in the New York commercial real estate industry for more than 20 years. Dome is a real estate advisor for all property types and working out of the NYC offices. Her expertise is in the sale of retail shopping centers, net-leased assets, multifamily investments, office, hotels, industrial and special assets. Karen serves as a Senior Associate of the National Multifamily Housing Group, National Retail Group and the Special Assets Service division.
Karen Dome was elected as the 2011 & 2012 NYCREW -NY Commercial Real Estate Women President & Chairman of the Board of Director. NYCREW is the NY chapter of CREW - the national organization of Commercial Real Estate women. CREW represents 8,000 members within the commercial real estate industry and are located in 74 major markets across the country and Canada. She serves on the REBNY's Commercial Management Council, member of AREW- Association of Real Estate Women, member of PWC- Professional Women in Construction and active member of ICSC. Her charitable affiliations include her role as Director
of the St. Paul the Apostle Homeless Shelter, affiliated with the Partnership for the Homeless and NYC Department of Homeless and on the board of directors for Aid for the World. She has assisted generously
in the acquisitions and dispositions for clients in the Not-for–profit sector.
