Kahlil Kenneth Barnard has over 16 years experience in the real estate business and is in his 12th year at Marcus & Millichap Investment Real Estate Services Company. Kahlil has consistently been involved in providing his clients with comprehensive research, advisory, finance, and transactional services that are typically considered high profile investment properties ranging from Regional Malls, Community Shopping Centers, Retail Strips to Single Tenant Net Leased Investments occupied by Banks, Drugstores, Auto parts, and restaurant transactions.

Mr. Barnard joined Marcus & Millichap in November 1998, while opening up the Indianapolis office for its retail division and is one the industry's leaders in market share for retail properties. Mr. Barnard has excelled in his career while being named Sales Associate in December 2000, promoted to Senior Associate in May 2002, promoted to Senior Investment associate in July 2005, and most recently advanced to First Vice President of Investments in 2007. Kahlil serves as a Director of the firm's National Retail Group and has done so from its inception, and routinely serves as a Mentor for a select number of Junior Agents in the Midwestern markets for the firm.

Kahlil actively participates in leadership and mentor-ship roles both within the company and externally and sits on the board for the Indiana University Center for Real Estate Studies. Mr. Barnard is the founding member of the Midwest Real Estate Equities Club (M.R.E.C.), a group that holds meetings for real estate investor.

In addition, Mr. Barnard runs an investment company called Midwest-Properties.com for wealth building of its principal members through acquisition and management of leased investment based properties and is its largest share holder.
