Justin joined Marcus & Millichap in February of 2010 after one year as a SIP/Agent Assistant under a Senior Associate of the National Multi Housing Group. As a SIP, Justin participated in all aspects of the multifamily brokerage cycle including financial modeling, market analysis, marketing, new business development, market research, and transaction management. Justin participated in valuations and marketing assignments totaling over $250 million of multifamily properties in the Southeast. As an associate, Justin developed an expertise in the infill submarkets in the Birmingham MSA and is well known in the area for his market knowledge. Justin was one of the top new agents in 2010 for the Mid Market Offices. He is a valuable member of Bo Flurry’s team assisting with financial analysis, marketing, and transaction management.
