Juan Cuevas began his Real Estate career in 1998 as a residential agent in New York City. He quickly became one of Manhattan's top producing agents for New York City Apartments Inc. After 9/11 Mr. Cuevas relocated to Houston where he shifted his focus to the finance side of Real Estate. Soon after joining the team at Zeus Mortgage, Ltd where his main focus was financing single family investment homes, he became the company's top producing loan officer. After two years of dedicated service he was promoted to Department Head for the company's commercial division. Mr. Cuevas became an Associate on the Marcus & Millichap team in November of 2009.
