Josh Cohen joined Marcus & Millichap as a sales agent working out of the Long Beach office in 2001. Since that time, he has established himself as the preeminent multi-family real estate broker in the South Bay. Josh has also demonstrated experience and expertise in retail and office sales as well as distressed assets and other financial institution related investment real estate assets.

Josh has been recognized for his excellence by Marcus & Millichap in receiving the prestigious National Achievement Award five of the last seven years. Over that timeframe he has also consistently been the top or one of the top agents in the Long Beach office of Marcus & Millichap. In his career at Marcus a& Millichap Josh has sold well over $300M in commercial real estate, including over 1,800 total apartment units and over 150 individual investment commercial real estate properties. In 2010 alone Josh sold over 450 apartment units, more than 25 individual properties, for a total value of over $50M. He has great working relationships with nearly all of the local property management companies and has referred his clients to the best mortgage brokers in the marketplace.

When not helping his clients with their investment real estate goals and objectives, Josh volunteers his time as a director on the board of the Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times. Josh is a graduate of both the University of California at Santa Barbara and University of Michigan. Josh lives in the South Bay with his wife and three children.
