Mr. Walsh concentrates 100% of his professional efforts towards the evaluation and sale of Investment properties.

Mr. Walsh has represented clients in the sale of Investment Real Estate with an aggregate value exceeding $2.1 Billion. In the last five years he has closed transactions in Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Kentucky, Georgia, Arizona and Florida. He is consistently among Marcus & Millichap's leading multifamily brokers. Mr. Walsh is the firm's highest career producer in the Eastern half of the United States.

For ten years prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Walsh was president and owner of a commercial and residential subcontracting firm located in suburban Chicago.

Mr. Walsh received his BA from the University of Miami, Florida and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
