In 2004, Jessica was promoted to a full sales agent position and in 2006 she achieved Associate status. In 2009, Jessica was promoted to Associate Director of the National Office and Industrial Group (NOIPG). Jessica specializes in Office, Industrial and Retail Commercial Real Estate Sales in the San Fernando Valley of California and has closed over $95M in commercial real estate sales. Jessica and her team currently have $23M in commercial properties exclusively listed, including 2 portfolios. Jessica's knowledge, commitment and approachable personality provide the foundation for her continued success. She has an excellent reputation for working with the best interest of her clients in mind, and for getting the job done in a timely, professional, and amiable matter. Jessica received a Bachelor of Science degree with College Honors in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2001.
