Jeffrey Meyer is a Vice President Investments and Director of the National Multi Housing Group in the firm's Tampa, Florida office. His focus is on multifamily properties with over 200 units. To date, he successfully transacted over $300 million in multifamily sales over the course of his career.

Mr. Meyer joined Marcus & Millichap in 1999 and has received numerous awards during his tenure, including both internal and external recognition for success in the sale of larger multi-residential properties on behalf of merchant builders, institutional owners and wealthy private investors. He received the National Achievement Award in 2005 and was the recipient of the Sales Recognition Award in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Meyer headed a small law firm and specialized in commercial litigation and the representation of institutional investors in the resolution of distressed real estate loans. As an attorney, he recovered real property assets securing in excess of $4 billion in senior debt on behalf of institutional clients.
