Patrick Burke specializes in multi-family investment sales and covers various markets throughout Texas. He has over 10 years of experience in various facets of real estate, including brokerage services, development and construction management. He currently assists clients with underwriting, analysis, and strategic positioning of multi-family assets. His primary focus and core concentration is secondary markets.
Prior to joining the Marcus & Millichap team, Patrick contributed to the development and construction of over 800 million square feet of commercial properties in Southern California. Patrick received his degree in Architecture from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Patrick is a LEED AP and holds a real estate license in Texas and California.
