George Inskeep joined Marcus and Millichap in 1978. During his tenure with the firm he has closed transactions in all product types, with total sales in excess of $750 million. For three of his thirty years with Marcus & Millichap he served as Regional Manager of the San Francisco and San Diego regions, with responsibilities for hiring, training and supervising over 50 agents.

    As a broker he has successfully represented clients ranging from individuals buying and selling for their own accounts to major corporations, lending institutions and government agencies. He has received numerous awards for performance.

    For most of his career he has specialized in Northern California apartment and commercial properties, and is widely regarded as an expert in that market. He has been involved in transactions which include over 8,000 apartment units, many of which involved low income properties with HUD or bond financing, with a combined value in excess of $500 million.
