Peter's track record of closing over $500 Million dollars of investment real estate, with the majority of it being Walgreen Drug Stores is the value-add I bring to my clients. I began my real estate career in 1975 as a residential Agent. After years of building a successful business as a Listing Agent, I made the transition to commercial real estate in the late 80's marketing Shopping Center REITs to high net worth individuals.
My entreprenurial experiences has been that of an investor, business owner, and entertainment company executive.
I joined Marcus & Millichap in January 2011.
