Francesco Carriera is a multi-family specialist for Marcus & Millichap focused on the Tampa Bay area. Throughout his career, he has represented clients in both the acquisition and disposition of investment real estate and to date he has closed more than $137 million in transactions.

Mr. Carriera began his career with Marcus & Millichap's Tampa, Florida office in 2004 and was awarded the firm's prestigious "Pace Setter" award early in his career. This award acknowledges those agents who excel above Marcus & Millichap's highest standards. Since then, Mr. Carriera has been involved in transactions ranging from $650,000 to more than $35 million in both the Tampa Bay and Southwest Florida regions. His experience includes the successful management of transactions through closing, including marketing, contract negotiations and escrow management. One of Mr. Carriera's strengths is his ability to properly underwrite existing assets, as well as development opportunities, delivering comprehensive evaluations through his accurate local market knowledge, cash flow analysis and IRR analysis to his clients.
