Maria graduated from Rutgers University in 2006 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Modern Greek Studies.
Professional History: Evmorfea Maria Barbatsis joined the firm in February 2010 and reached Associate status in September of 2010. She specializes in Multi-Family and Mixed-Use investments in South Brooklyn, specifically Bensonhurst, Gravesend, Sheepshead Bay, Brighton Beach, and Coney Island.

Maria, along with her partner Matt Fotis, have successfully listed and marketed numerous properties in South Brooklyn. They have also sold $150M of real estate in all areas of Brooklyn. She has established herself over the course of her time at Marcus & Millichap as one of the most active brokers in the area.
