Evan Griffith is one of Southern Nevada's most knowledgeable investment specialists. Evan is dedicated to being "relationship-oriented" and his proficiency in real-time market data allows his clients to make the most cost-effective decisions. This coupled with his ability to source capital in these volatile markets has enabled him to guide his clients in both the private and institutional sector.

Evan graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and New Venture Management. Evan studied abroad at Bond University(Queensland, AUS), played on the club hockey team and was an active member of the Entrepreneurship club in college.

Evan is very active in the Las Vegas real estate investment community and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and Nevada State Multi-Housing Association. He is also an active volunteer with Achilles International Track Club/Achilles Freedom Team (NYC).

Evan has currently closed over $40 million in real estate transactions.
