Eric Guerrero specializes in hospitality properties in the Southeast Texas region.
Eric joined Marcus & Millichap in 2007 as a financial analyst, where he performed detailed underwriting analysis on over 150 hospitality properties in Texas, as well as working with buyers to secure financing for acquisitions. During this time, he worked directly with lenders in order to ensure a smooth financing approval/closing process and has developed good relationships with multiple financial institutions. This experience enabled him to get an in depth understanding of how hospitality businesses operate and are valued, from both a buyer and seller prospective.
In 2009, he transitioned into an investment sales role in Marcus & Millichap joining the Hospitality Team of Michael Yu and Rahul Bijlani. Since then he has personally been involved with closing 12 transactions totaling over $33M in hospitality properties in Texas. With a high level of activity and commitment to business development, Eric has quickly developed into one of the leading hospitality agents, currently ranked as the #9 National Hospitality Group agent at Marcus & Millichap nationwide. The Hospitality Team of Michael Yu and Rahul Bijlani is the most active hospitality broker in the state of Texas. Eric graduated from The University of Houston with a BBA in Accounting, and worked in the accounting industry prior to joining Marcus & Millichap.
