Mr. Chen exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties that are located throughout the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire markets. His expertise is focused in Multi-Family properties. Mr. Chen represents a variety of client types including high net worth individuals, partnerships, and international investors.
Mr. Chen started his career in 2003 in the Ontario, California office of Marcus & Millichap. His outstanding performance has earned him an investment associate title in 2007 and a Pace Setter Award in 2008.
In April 2011, Eric was promoted to Senior Associate status. In December 2011, Eric was promoted to Associate Director of National Multi Housing Group.
In the past 12 months, Eric has successfully closed 13 real estate investment transactions in San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire markets. Eric is currently the #2 multi family agent in the Ontario office.
