Ed has been representing income property owners and buyers in their southeastern investment efforts for the past 44 years. His previous experience includes: Bullock, Terrell & Mannelly and Faison; serving as the Eastern Sales Coordinator for the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC); and as Vice President and Broker for Northside Realty's Commercial Division for 18 years.
Ed is a lifetime member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors ‘Million Dollar Club'and has been awarded membership in the Board's Phoenix Club for selling in excess of $1,000,000 a year for 10 consecutive years, a designation held by less than 1% of the Board members. Ed's sale production has had him listed in the Commercial Board of Realtors Top 20 investment brokers and on several occasions he was awarded the distinction of a "Top Five Producer". Ed is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), an Attorney and active member of numerous real estate groups including Atlanta Apartment Association, NAIOP, and ICSC. He is a past President of the Georgia CCIM chapter and in 1983 was honored as the Commercial Board Realtor of the Year.
