Drew Isaac serves as an associate investment broker with Marcus & Millichap's Net Leased Properties Group specializing in triple-net investment properties. He is based out of Marcus & Millichap's Denver office.

Mr. Isaac's nationwide brokerage practice includes: structuring sale leaseback transactions for owner/operators, executing disposition strategies for build to suit developers, and seller/buyer representation for individual investors.

In 2007, Mr. Isaac began his career at Marcus & Millichap through the firm's SIP program. The SIP program is offered to less than 5% of new agents and pairs the new agent with the firm's top senior agents to accelerate deal experience and brokerage development.

In 2009, Mr. Isaac graduated from the SIP program and became an agent. Since then, Mr. Isaac has exclusively listed and closed numerous properties across the front range including sale leaseback transactions for owner/operators, net-leased transactions for individual investors, and disposition transactions for build to suit developers.

In 2010 and 2011, Mr. Isaac was the top investment broker for single-tenant net-leased properties in the Denver office.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Isaac obtained a B.S.B.A. in Finance/Real Estate from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business.
