Drew Babcock is a Columbia native and a graduate of the University of South Carolina. He has been practicing commercial real estate since 2006 and specializing in multi-family investments since late 2009 when he helped Gary Lucas; Managing Director of Marcus and Millichap, open the Columbia, SC office. Drew also has experience in the retail sector with several multi-tenant and single tenant investment transactions.
Drew helps his clients maximize their investment returns by utilizing his expertise in real estate site and financial analysis, leveraging his extensive contacts with investors, and utilizing the Marcus and Millichap National Platform.
Drew is a CCIM designee and a member of the CCIM Institute. He also attended the Urban Land Institute’s Real Estate School for Professional Development in Los Angeles in 2009 and is a member of ULI.
Drew is married to Taylor Ellzey and they have two daughters; Jane Broughton and Mills. Drew enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and attending University of South Carolina athletic events.
