Mr. Bestreich is an Investment Associate with over 6 years of experience in commercial real estate, overseeing the acquisition and disposition of multifamily, mixed-use and retail properties in the central Brooklyn.

In his first 6 months with the firm, Bestreich earned the respected Pace Setter award. In his first 18 months with the firm, Bestreich earned the prestigious Brooklyn office Rookie of the Year distinction. Bestreich has performed valuations for hundreds of investment properties, advising a wide variety of clients in the underwriting, acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate investments. He is currently marketing a number of exclusive investment listings.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Bestreich worked as a director of finance and acquisitions for a commercial real estate cell site lease buyout and securitization firm, closing in excess of 75 lease acquisitions with over 45 different property owners in the New York City Metro Area and earning numerous nationwide Producer of the Year and President's Club awards.
