David was born and raised in Sea Girt, New Jersey, and came to Southern California in 1983 to start up the original Black's Guide on the West Coast. Black's Guide tracked commercial properties going from San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange Co. and into the San Diego area. David handled everything from marketing, advertising, analysis coverage of market trends to complete research on new and existing commercial properties while running Black's Guide, West Coast.

David joined Marcus & Millichap in 1993 as a sales agent specializing in medical, office and apartment properties, more recently successfully closing several distressed asset properties. Most of David's listings are site-specific properties calling for a unique buyer which demands an experienced, seasoned professional. With David's extensive data base well over 20 years comprised, he is accustomed to closing otherwise difficult properties. Due to his strong knowledge of the market and experience David is highly respected in the medical, office and apartment sector. David has received several sales recognition awards since 2000.

David provides his clients with everything necessary to complete a successful transaction including current market trends, promotional necessities, walking clients through contract preparation, handling preparation of due diligence, arranges financing and secures close of escrow.

David is a registered broker in the State of California. When David is not working with his clients he enjoys spending time surfing both in his travels and in the Long Beach area.
