David Blaze is a Single-Tenant Net Leased specialist in the firm's Chicago office. As an associate, he exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties nationwide. David started as a personal investor in the Real Estate market in 2004 and his passion for Real Estate Investments has lead him to Marcus & Millichap, in order to assist other investors in reaching their goals. His high level of integrity and drive has enabled him to build strong relationships with highly respected investors across the nation.
David graduated with a Business/Marketing degree from Loyola University Chicago and also holds a real estate license in Illinois.
