David Lincoln joined Marcus & Millichap in 1980 when the firm consisted of seven offices located in four states. Beginning with an emphasis on apartment house sales in California and Arizona he soon added a second product group, self storage properties, to his choice of specialization. Building a strong client base, David found additional success representing buyers and sellers of office buildings in Los Angeles, primarily in the downtown jewelry district. This client base also opened numerous opportunities in the retail product group in various out-of-state locations. Today, as a First Vice President Investments, David works with investors whose portfolios include a variety of product types both in California and throughout the western United States.
