After procuring and closing nearly $25,000,0000 in industrial and office transactions, Danny Kahn joined the Medress and Ruble Team in 2010 to focus on national net leased investment properties. His responsibilities include identifying opportunities, establishing relationships with buyers and sellers, performing financial analysis, and coordinating due diligence for clients. Danny is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the National Office and Industrial Properties Group, and the Net Leased Properties Group. After graduating from Western Michigan University with a degree in organizational communication, with an emphasis on public relations and business administration, Danny worked in Detroit for local developers and commercial brokerage companies before joining Marcus & Millichap in Phoenix. He began there in 2005 as a research assistant, training under Regional Manager and Managing Director, and advanced to Investment Associate in 2006. Danny works with private investors, institutional investors, REITS, banks and lenders. His areas of specialization include: single-tenant net leased investments, sales (nationwide), and sale-leaseback transactions (nationwide)
