T. Dan Mulkey is a Vice President Investments in the firm's Tampa, Florida office and specializes in manufactured housing and RV communities. Mr. Mulkey is very familiar with the unique requirements of the sale and marketing of manufactured home communities. He has aligned himself with professionals in the manufactured housing industry since 1994 and has brokered numerous mobile home and RV parks, both in and outside of Florida. Mr. Mulkey is also familiar with investment real estate sales that deal in multiple product types.

Mr. Mulkey's career with Marcus & Millichap began in 1999 and he has received numerous awards during his tenure. A Florida native, born in West Palm Beach, he has over 30 years of experience in real estate industry. Dan spent eight years in the Ohio homebuilding business before returning to Florida in 1982.

Mr. Mulkey has a management degree from Sinclair College in Dayton, Ohio and holds Florida licenses as a Real Estate Broker, a Mortgage Broker and a Certified Building Contractor. He is also a member of the Florida Manufactured Housing Association.
