After completing an MBA in finance, Dale began his investment real estate career by joining Marcus & Millichap in 1982. He has primarily focused his attention on multi-family and single-tenant net-leased properties. Dale has been extremely successful in guiding a number of long-term clients to financial independence and significant wealth through strategic real estate investments.

As a Board Member of the Apartment Association of Orange County, Dale is actively involved with the Legislative Committee and Chairman of the Forms Committee. Dale is also President of a subsidiary, the Orange County Multi-Housing Service Corporation. In addition, he holds a California Real Estate Brokers license and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California.
