Chris Wiedenmayer is an Associate in Marcus & Millichap's National Retail Group with expertise in acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant net leased retail properties in the Denver metro and Colorado Springs regions. Chris has been an active commercial real estate broker for more than a decade, having real estate holdings and participating in a variety of transactions in Colorado, California, Arizona and Florida. His ability to listen and understand a client’s needs – in addition to his broad network of investors, owners/users, developers and brokers – allows for him to assemble ideal solutions for his clients. Chris is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
