Based in the Cincinnati office of Marcus & Millichap, Chris Vitori focuses on office, medical and industrial investment sales including single-tenant, multi-tenant, sale-leaseback and 1031 exchange properties throughout Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and the Midwest.

Vitori joined Marcus & Millichap in 2010 after six successful years of commercial brokerage in user markets throughout Greater Cincinnati. He has been recognized annually with the Cincinnati Commercial Real Estate Council's Top Producers award from 2007 through 2010 - closing over $32 million in transactions.

Chris uses his unique experience and education to leverage Marcus & Millichap's exclusive representation to position a client's property to effect timely sales through a vast network of qualified buyers providing the highest prices and best terms possible.

With a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton and an MBA from Xavier University, Chris is a member of the Board of Directors for Access Business Development and Finance, a non-profit Certified Development Company in Southwest Ohio. He is also on the Board of Advisors for Xavier University's Executive MBA Program.
