Chris Gomes is a consultative real estate professional with proven international business experience in commercial real estate development, investment and management. Chris Gomes joined the National Hospitality Group at Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office in 2009 as an Associate, bringing over 15 years of hospitality brokerage, advisory and operations experience to the firm.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap he worked as a Senior Consultant at PKF in Dubai, a boutique hospitality real estate advisory firm, where he advised his clients on development of several large scale multi-million dollar hotel and other mixed-use real estate development projects across Middle East and North Africa. Prior to that Chris Gomes traveled the world extensively while working on board the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, and also managed guest relations at the Oberoi Hotels, one of India’s premier hotel chains.
With Advanced degree in hospitality and MBA, coupled with well developed analytical and sales skills, Chris Gomes is geared towards advising clients on strategic real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and undertake effective sales and marketing of hotel projects.
