Chris, a First Vice President Investments & Senior Director of Marcus & Millichap's National Retail Group, joined the firm shortly after it opened its Atlanta office in the fall of 1995. In 2002 he was ranked the number two agent in Marcus & Millichap. He is the recipient of the company's prestigious Chairman's Circle of Excellence and has qualified for the exclusive Chairman's Club three times. He was recognized by the Atlanta Board of Commercial Realtors as one of the Top 10 Investment Property Agents in Atlanta in 2004.

Specializing in Retail Investment Properties nationwide, he has represented a significant list of owners and developers in both the disposition and acquisition of shopping centers and single-tenant net-lease properties. In the last 12 years, he has sold over 500 exclusively listed properties valued at over $1 billion.

At Marcus & Millichap, in addition to over 400 restaurant properties, some of the properties sold include: CVS/pharmacy, Walgreens, Kohl's, Walmart, Blockbuster Video, Baby Superstore, Pier 1, Aaron Rents, Hollywood Video, Office Depot, Food Lion, Rainbow Foods Grocery Store, Rite Aid, Eckerd, SpinCycle, Motels, Family Dollar, LA Fitness and various Strip Shopping Centers.
