Charles (Chi) Bulger

Based in the Cincinnati office of Marcus & Millichap, Chi
Bulger focuses on the sale of multi tenant retail properties in Ohio, Kentucky,
Indiana and throughout the Midwest.

He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2009 after 28 years of
successful investment sales experience with CB Richard Ellis.  During that
period, he sold 11,500,000 square feet of investment properties for a total
consideration of $325,000,000.

 Chi received a BS in Business Administration from The Ohio
State University with a major in finance and a minor in accounting and completed
some course work toward an MBA at Xavier University in Cincinnati.  He is active
in Exchange Club and sits on Anderson Township’s Betterment and Beautification
Committee.
